Department requirements: If the translation is to be submitted to USC (register office) – it has to be done on the basis of the original. Otherwise, a scan or a photo is acceptable.
Available types of translation:
On the basis of the copy / presented document – a scan is needed, the translation will be accompanied by the printout and applicable notation.
On the basis of the original – you can send the recording of the document. If the translator doesn’t approve of the recording, we will collect the original by delivery service and sent it back with the translation.

Does a photo done with a mobile phone suffice?
Yes, if the image of the document is clear, complete and well-lit. Send all the pages – even the empty ones.
Does the department accept digital documents?
The number of departments, including USC (register office), which accept translations with qualified electronic signatures is increasing. But to be sure – you should check it at the particular office.
Do I have to send the original?
Only if it is required by the office – for example Polish USC. In other cases a scan should suffice.
Can the translation agency provide Apostille?
No – Apostille is provided by the British Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
The documents should be saved in one of the following formats: PDF, JPG, PNG
