Translation scans

The price of a sworn translation includes delivery to a parcel locker OR sending a scan by email. If you need both shipping and a scan, the scan is additionally paid according to the price list in the offer.

Invoice or receipt? i 🧾 Faktura czy paragon?

Od 1 stycznia 2020 r. faktura do paragonu może być wystawiona tylko, jeśli na paragonie znajduje się NIP nabywcy (art. 106b ust. 5 ustawy o VAT).

Jeżeli paragon został wydany bez NIP, sprzedawca nie może wystawić faktury na dane firmowe – nawet na prośbę klienta – i grozi mu sankcja 100% VAT, gdyby to zrobił.

Klient, który nie zgłosił chęci otrzymania faktury i otrzymał paragon bez NIP, de facto zakwalifikował zakup jako konsumencki. Zmiana tej kwalifikacji po fakcie jest bezskuteczna.
